Karyn’s more than 30 years of professional experience span across the industry in areas such as public and private accounting, not-for-profit financial management and construction financial management. She values her strong relationships with clients and is committed to providing the tools they need to understand and manage complex project budgets and expenditures, mitigate financial risks and build solid financial futures. Karyn is passionate about serving others and leads annual mission trips to Haiti. She holds a bachelor’s degree in financial management from George Mason University.
Marni is a problem solver with a passion for serving and helping people. With more than 30 years of experience, he has worked in both private industry and federal government in the areas of financial management, budgeting, project management, real estate leasing and contracts, and accounting. When working with clients, Marni is committed to doing the job right the first time and building lasting relationships of trust and confidence. Outside the office, he practices Filipino martial arts and engages in mission work. Marni holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from University of Maryland.
Elmer’s 30-year career includes 17 years in project and construction management and 14 years as a facilities engineer and production process supervisor in the automotive industry. He has managed and coordinated numerous large-scale government projects from start to completion. Elmer draws on this deep industry experience to understand and anticipate client needs and help them achieve their project goals. Beyond Peregrine, Elmer coaches youth soccer and trains in Filipino martial arts. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Kettering University.
