Karyn’s more than 30 years of professional experience span across the industry in areas such as public and private accounting, not-for-profit financial management and construction financial management. She values her strong relationships with clients and is committed to providing the tools they need to understand and manage complex project budgets and expenditures, mitigate financial risks and build solid financial futures. Karyn is passionate about serving others and leads annual mission trips to Haiti. She holds a bachelor’s degree in financial management from George Mason University.

Marna's 30 plus years of experience includes 23 years in business management and 12 years working as a psychiatric nurse. She values integrity and cohesiveness. Marna is a life-long learner with a thirst for knowledge. She asks big questions in her ongoing quest to understand the larger picture and meet client needs with exceptional customer service. Marna has a BA in Economics and a BS in Nursing. She is currently pursuing a Master's in Business Management with Human Resource Management Specialization at the University of Maryland Global Campus. In her free time, Marna practices yoga, takes long walks, and volunteers at local non-profits.

Elmer’s 30-year career includes 17 years in project and construction management and 14 years as a facilities engineer and production process supervisor in the automotive industry. He has managed and coordinated numerous large-scale government projects from start to completion. Elmer draws on this deep industry experience to understand and anticipate client needs and help them achieve their project goals. Beyond Peregrine, Elmer coaches youth soccer and trains in Filipino martial arts. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Kettering University.
